Who knew just over a year later we'd need a bigger house? Our first thought was "Let's call Cindy." Now we have an amazing home, at a great price and big enough for our growing family. Cindy even gave us some recommendations for property management companies to lease the house she helped us buy last year. Even the company we chose has helped to highlight Cindy's quality. Hopefully we won't need to move again for a long while, but if we do and when we are ready to sell our first home - we're calling Cindy!

Cindy was wonderful! We bought our house unseen while we were still living in Hawaii. Cindy, graciously videotaped houses we chose from the site, and made floorplans or provided measurements for us as we asked. It made it all very comfortable to purchase without having to actually set foot in the house. We look forward to finally seeing our house in a few weeks. Cindy was so patient with us thru the process, not only sight unseen, we are first time homeowners. We needed a little hand holding and talking off the ledge when problems presented themselves and she was right there ever helpful. It made our whole experience! Thank you Cindy! -The Merritts

Cindy Snodgrass, is a hard worker and had it not been for her, I would not have got the house that I purchased. I really feel grateful to her for not giving up on me. As an investor that lost money in the bay area in CA on the home that I sold, I had a price point in WA, to make up some of my losses. So, my expectation to find a great buy was high and I was lucky to find Cindy on the internet. She is highly responsive and works as a f/t agent to provide exceptional customer service and it shows! I found the house on the zip realty search, and she met me at the property with a contract ready the day I needed her to perform. Had she been too busy or ill prepared, I would not have got this foreclosure as there was another offer on the table that came in the same day as my offer.
