I constantly rely on feedbacks from real customers when purchasing just about anything you can think of. Dawna is an awesome agent and one you should pick when considering buying a home. Here’s why – Any agent can sell a home but Dawna makes sure you get the home you can afford, and one that does not “own you” as she would remind me several times in our 10 month search. What I mean by that is she has incredible patience which is a rare quality for a salesperson trying to sell something. As a first time buyer my wife and I started looking around January 2012. During that time the market was on some wild swings and houses were going so fast I could not believe it. One house we bid on had 38 other bids!! There came a point in time (which im sure will happen to you) that after months of looking and months of being out bid ( a total of 11 houses to be exact) I got desperate and stopped thinking clearly – I was starting to look at houses that in no way over time I would be able to afford. Most agents would have jumped on the opportunity because the higher the price the more profit, but not Dawna. She actually talked me out of a few houses and took the time to break down all the reasons why. For first time buyers you need patience, stick with your plan (meaning do not move up in prices and stick with your budget) over time the house that you want and can afford will be there. I highly recommend Dawna as your agent. She is patient with you and once you decide you want to put in an offer it’s amazing how fast she gets the paperwork ready to go. My wife and I finally got the house we wanted and I really believe it was due to Dawna being our agent. I’m positive if we picked another agent we’d either be in a house which could not afford, or we’d still be looking. You will not regret picking her – I promise.

We first came to Santa Rosa in the summer of 2011 on vacation. After being here a few days, we knew we were going to move here from the East Coast.
