My wife and I really enjoyed working with Adam and still miss speaking with him every day. As an agent he takes note of your needs and what will suit you and doesn't waste your time showing places in an effort to make a sell.
In our case he led us to a place which was perfect for our needs even though we had an accepted offer on a more expensive, but less ideal, property on which he could have made more commission.
We recommend Adam very highly.

Adam always met with us no matter what property we wanted to see. He always had good advise when asked, and was never pushy or disappointed if we didn't listen. As first time home buyers Adam really made the experience positive.

They (Adam & Wayne) were not proactive whatsoever. I did most of the research and they rarely suggested properties or neighborhoods based on our criteria. We even explicitly told him to help us find a neighborhoods but he would just show us what we requested without any feedback; sometimes wasting our time. Whenever we would request showings for specific places, he would randomly show us properties on our list but never tell us whether we were going to see all of them or just a few. He made numerous mistakes on our contracts. Once we were in escrow, whenever we had a problem he would not follow up unless we put pressure on him. Wayne was particularly unhelpful when we needed his help but put pressure on us to sign when we had questions or problems. They were both scattered and not very attentive. He forgot to get our disclosures signed until after closed on the property. We requested to have our rebate check applied to our closing costs way in advance of closing (and even signed the paperwork) but this didn't happen. We are still waiting for the check.
