My wife and I hit many roadblocks in trying to purchase a condo. Each time Jennifer kept her cool and found a way to make the deal work for us and for the seller. I am sure that without her help we would have gotten frustrated and given up. I highly recommend having someone resourceful and skilled like Jennifer on your side.

As a first time home buyer I have to say Jennifer is a god send. She helped me find exactly what I wanted, where I wanted, and educated me in every step of the home buying process. More importantly, she looked out for my best interest’s and told me reasons why I would not want to buy the houses I was looking at. Moreover, when the escrow company would not allow any perks from using zip reality Jennifer went out of her way to make sure I still got the home warranty from zip reality some other way. Which was a life saver, because my little fixer upper’s water heater decided it needed a vacation shortly after moving in. However, luckily for me I had the home warranty thanks’ to Jennifer’s efforts, so when my water heater went kaput, It was fixed the next day for no charge to me. So bottom line, if you use Jennifer as your realtor you will know you’re in good hands! Another great thing about Jennifer was that during the great house hunt she always made time for me and responded to my emails. (even when she was on vacation!) She took me to go and see every house I wanted to see, and that included seeing multiple houses in several different towns, in the same day. She was also fantastic when it came to the paperwork, she was always on top of it, and any process that she was involved in went smoothly and quickly and without any kinks. In fact the only delays I had in my entire home buying process came from HUD. However, it was to be expected that since I was a first time homebuyer that the bank and government would have an insatiable desire for more information about me, I was a little worried they were going to ask what kind of underwear I had on, but as soon as the interrogations were over, the ball was back in Jennifer’s court and the house closed 3 weeks sooner than they had anticipated. So at the end of the day I highly recommend Jennifer to anyone interested in buying a home, and I can promise you, that you will be glad you chose Jennifer!

Jennifer was a blessing, and will be a blessing for everyone in need of professional real estate service. She helped us through out our short sale,even went out the way helping in resolving some problems we had encountered. I am ready to give referral for those who would need a real estate service. The seller had a very strict 30 day closing schedule and everything had to go extremely smoothly in order for us to close on time. But a problem had arisen from our lender which could have possibly delayed closing for an indefinite amount of time, and we may have been responsible for penalties. Jennifer had been the effective communication conduit and chased after the problem relentlessly, giving us updates daily, sometimes hourly on the progress. Without her diligence and persistence, our closing process may have dragged on for days if not weeks. She is extremely resourceful in acquiring information and does not let any detail go past her. Understandably, the lending process was very stressful on us, but Jennifer assured us with empathetic confidence, that these problems will iron out, and it did.
