Susan was excellent in helping us get our first home, She took the time to explain everything to us, what we needed and what we need to do to get our new home. She went out of her way at times to make sure we had the right papers faxed in, so we would be our closing date. And we did meet our closing date and we have our new home.

Buyers agents repeatedly reported that phone calls to Susan were unreturned. Susan has an abrupt way of saying things that could easily upset the seller and spouse. Also, I have used ZIP agents to represent me in the past in selling and their performance was stellar, so the bar for expectation was set very high. It seemed that Susan was pre-occupied with any number of issues that interfered with the best handling of our sale.
