After a long time looking for the right investment property, my wife and I recently purchased a duplex. Neal Thomas was with us every step of the way, in both the selection of the right property for us, and in every aspect of the purchase and sale agreement negotiation process. Neal was very knowledgable and helpful regarding the things to look for, the work that may be needed, and the potential cost or difficulty in completing that work, when showing us various houses. Because of his expertise, I am certain that we purchased the right property at the right price to meet our needs. Neal is also advising and assisting us in accomplishing handyman work recommended by the inspector.

We are first time home buyers and Neal never acted like any questions/concerns was stupid. He helped us out tremendously with dealing with our bank (USAA-which recommend for NO ONE to ever use them). Luckily though we had Neal and he was there to show them how to do there job. LOL! Neal was ALWAYS reliable and able to drop any plans (holidays) to meet with us at our new home to look once more at something or do measurements and etc. He even after closing on our new home, he calls in and checks in on us to make sure we are doing fine and if we need any help with anything. In fact, I called him yesterday regarding our ac unit not seeming to work and he came at a drop of a dime to see what he could do. It is very nice to know with my husband being a servicemen and gone lots that Neal will be there at any time to help me with anything around the house. Very reliable Realtor and will definitely use him again and recommend him to everyone.

if an agent makes a statement, i.e. the yard will be landscaped. then i expect them to know that the builder will do that, not guess or hope they will! my wife had to drive to meet him to sign papers, and to look at houses? what is he getting paid to do? i'm sure gas and milage is written off of tax's!
