As out of town buyers it was a pleasure and a relief working with David Silva. He introduced us to " Docu Sign " online tools which allowed us to view and sign documents via our computer. Those online tools and David's patience and understanding simplified the purchase of our condo. As a result we are very pleased with our purchase and we would recommend David as our Realtor
