Rick Currier was a great agent.. he showed me 7 houses and presented 3 offers. He certainly worked for his money. Usually he could show me a house the next day. His knowledge of the market is excellent. The ZIP realty web site is the best there is.. birds eye view, maps, even the plot. Loaded quickly with never a crash. I could weed out houses without bothering anyone very easily. At first I tried calling the seller's agent to look at a house with miserable results. I think it's always best to find your own agent when buying a house. I would recommend Rick to anyone. A great experience. thanks, mark

I was very pleased with Rick Currier's knowledge of the area where I was looking to purchase a home. He knew about the history of the neighborhood as well as facts specifically relevant to the homes that I was viewing. Most importantly, Rick answered EVERY phone call. He persisted until I found a home that was suitable for me and I was at settlement for that home. Rick didn't give up on finding the right home for me.
