You need to start with the Headline - Ken is an awesome realtor, we would recommend him to anyone.
We arrived in the US from the United Kingdom in October, but we have been working with Ken since last spring since we decided to make the move to the US. Even though we didn't have the pre-approvals in place at that time, Ken took around properties and helped us connect with local people who could help us.
As we were rookies in the US house buying process, Ken took the time to walk us through the process and help us understand what we needed to do. At all times he felt like a guardian angel making sure we were doing the right things at the right times
About a month ago we ran into mortgage problems due to our residency status and again Ken stepped in and hit the phones and found mortgage companies for us to talk to - including the one that got us the loan and into the house I am not sure that every realtor would do this.
Although our case was a bit different from the regular US housebuyer we have to recommend Ken to anyone who needs help with a tricky situation. He has a lot of experience and local contacts that we have used and come to trust to help us. We geinuinely could NOT have done this without him

Ken is a great Realtor and I gave him, I believe, an outstanding reference when he sold my home last October. In the recent transaction we had several differences of opinion and expectations. There is one outstanding issue I would like to talk to Zip Reality management about that I hope can be resolved without legal action.

We had our home on the market for 5 months with 2 different agents. prior to meeting Ken. We met Ken first to show us houses but immediately listed with our home with him also. Ken's marketing efforts, immediately brought more traffic than previously had, resulting an acceptable offer in this tough Fall 2010 market. We accepted the offer canceling 2 second viewing and 1 initial viewing. Ken is very knowledgeable, personable, and very responsive to our desires. Over 30 years I have bought / sold 7 homes through Realtors and have never dealt a pro like Ken Coleman. I have already recommended him to several close friends. Timing is important but Ken Coleman made it happen. I have already recommended Ken to several of my closest friends and associates and will continue to do so. Thank You... IN THE BEGINING HE WAS GREAT. At the end, I felt totally lost and was were unhappy with the outcome of closing. I had no idea I had to pay all closing cost and my portion after everything was paid was off about thirteen thousand dollars. If I knew this I would have never sold the house for that amount.
