Working with Sam was a pleasure. I am out of state so things were a bit more complicated than usual. I always felt that Sam was looking out for my best interests. I did not have any contacts in Tempe but Sam certainly did. He helped me find a mortgage broker, insurance agent, inspector etc. All of his contacts where great to work with and very professional. The home I purchased was owned by Freddie Mac and I had heard these type of sales could be painful. Sam worked closely with the listing Agent and made the process simple, easy and quick. Sam always responded quickly to any inquiries I had. We kept in contact via email and phone. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone purchasing a home in Phoenix area.

as out of country purchasers, we relied heavily on sam to take care of all the closing duties, and he did not disappoint us. unfortunately the listing agent was not as concerned about the entire deal as sam was. sam ultimately had to put in a lot more time and effort to ensure a smooth takeover. i am almost certain that we would not have been able to close on this home if we did not have a realtor as committed to our needs as sam was. sam purveyed a level of professionalism that is not common (in our experience) in the majority of realtors.
