I felt completely at ease with Pam. I trusted her knowledge and expertise 100%. Pam was able to recommend a different lender who approved me for a larger loan at a better rate. Pam guided me through ever step of the home buying process and was quick to respond if I had any questions. I wish I knew others that needed to purchase a home so I could pass on Pam's info to them. She is nothing short of first rate. Whatever you are paying her is not enough. I am very grateful for all that she has done for me and how easy she made the purchasing process.

Pam Brown was not only our Real Estate Agent but she was a great friend. She went above and beyond the call of duty of a normal real estate agent. She always looked out for our best interest and was always there when we needed her most! We weren't very experienced with the housing market and how to go about looking and purchasing a new home but Pam made the process very easy for us. Pam took the time to educate us on the market and how to go about getting the home of our dreams at an affordable price! We were most impressed with Pam's intergrity and her level of responsiveness. Pam really did a great job representing us throughout the whole process. We looked at so many houses, and she never tried to push us into something we didn't want or weren't sure of. She readily answered any questions we had, and did everything to find answers to questions she wasn't sure of. She was there for us every step of the way, and as first time homebuyers, we had to lean on her quite heavily to make sure the process was done correctly. I would recommend Pam to anyone looking for a nice, honest realtor who isn't pushy and will be there for you.

1. Our agent was not very punctual. She arrived late for every appointment except the very first one - including our closing appointment. 2. I thought agents actually suggested houses for prospective buyers once they got an idea of their tastes. Our agent didn't really offer us any suggestions on homes, she really just made appointments. Also, I thought agents knew about the houses prior to the buyer visiting them but we both would experience the house for the first time. I didn't find that too helpful.

Pam went well above and beyond what she as an agent needed to do. I was having a lot of difficulties with my lending agent, and she spent a lot of time on the phone trying to figure out what was going on. She went out of her way at the last minute to go pick up papers that were needed by my lender because I was at work, and she also would meet me at the last minutes notice to look at houses. She never once told me no, and was more then helpful in an extremely stressful few months!!! I could not have asked for a better agent to assist me in the whole process!!
