What makes home-shopping easy with Din is after seeing a couple properties, he knows exactly what you're looking for. When asked about the pros-n-cons about each property, he will give you his honest opinion. I'd also highlight that he's not pushy and responds to your questions/concerns in a swift, professional manner. As a buyer, there really isn't much more to ask in a real estate agent. Pick Din as your agent, and you may just witness the ease at which you buy your home, especially if it's your first time buying!

Din was great to work with. He spent time explaining the process and his approach. He was very available to us-on our schedule. He took us to see the houses we chose and suggested some others. He pointed out the good and bad points of each house objectively. He negociated us a good price and recommended other vendors (such as the home inspector) with whom we were VERY happy. I just closed on a house and wanted to write a more thorough update on my experience with Din. I would give him 10 stars if I could!
For me, the home buying process was filled with ups and down. Throughout this journey, Din was a trusted real estate agent. I always have been a bit unsure on the role of real estate agents. My argument was that I can just go on any real estate website, sorry Din I should say ZipRealty :), and find something myself. The reason being is that I have worked with a few before and they never seemed to add much to the process.
Din, however, is definitely one of the very few agents who do not fit this stereotype. Right off the bat, he actually spends the time to try to understand what you are looking for, and this goes beyond the number of bedrooms or bathrooms. When you see a house that you like, he knows what to look for, things that any buyers may miss, and points out the pros and cons of the place. He never ever pressures you into something and will work with you as long as it takes to find a place that you are happy with. But more importantly, he will play devil's advocate and makes sure the place you want to bid on is actually a place you will be happy with--not just tomorrow but in the long term.
During negotiations, Din has proven to be very astute and was able to solicit valuable information to help me make an informed decision. Once under contract, he manages everything from the inspection to setting up appointments. Without him, the buying period would undoubtedly have been a lot more longer!
In addition, I am impressed with the people he put me in touch with - contractors, insurance agents, etc. While I will call everyone he recommended, I have faith in all of them, and feel that, like him, they will be trustworthy.
On a personal side, Din is simply a joy to work with. He is SUPER responsive, sometimes I wonder if he sleeps, and I have no doubt he makes every client feel equally as important. I am still getting his advice and should I ever decide to sell my house and buy new one, Din will be the first person I will call!

Din really helped us out with the purchase. We recently moved in the area. He showed us houses in diffent part of Montgomery, Howard and AA counties.
We ended up buying in MC. It's a foreclosure house and we won the offer in a multiple bid situation. There were some issues with the lender, but Din worked with the lender and the seller agent to take care of the situation.
I highly recommend Din to anyone that is looking to purchase a house for the first time.

My parents trusted him when they met him and would ask me to ask him certain questions they had. And the closing! I basically did nothing because Din took care of everything! He contacted all the various people involved and set up the meetings and inspections, etc. He contacted everyone so all I had to do was the bank paperwork. It was so easy! Thank you Din! Really and honestly..I would recommend him to anyone who wants to work with someone who knows his stuff, answers his phone, wants to help you buy a house, and wants to make sure you are completely satisfied with everything he does for you. When we decided to buy our home, as a first time buyer, we were really worried about the whole process. As we started talking to different agents, our worry became noticeably more. The previous so-called agents made the process more confusing for us and they were hard to get a hold off for any question that we had. Also it seemed to us that all they care about selling a house ??? any house to us. As we were getting frustrated by every new thing they were introducing without much explanation, we started second guessing our decision about purchasing a home. Then we met Din. For us he was a God sent. The first thing he told us that we forget all the negative experiences that we had and give him a chance to prove himself. Reluctantly, we agreed and that was one of the best decision we have ever made. From the beginning, we saw the difference. He was in constant communication with us. He talked to us for many hours, sometimes in the late night if we need him to answer our questions. He arranged all the necessary papers and people that we had to deal with and got everything go smoothly. He basically walked us through the whole process from the start to the end. One thing that we were pleasantly surprised about him was the fact that he is not pushy like other agents to sell us any house. When we liked a house and told him about it, he told us to sleep on it and tell him next day whether we were completely sure about our decision. We remember him telling us that he did not want us to get just a house but a home. That told us about his character. He is professional yet extremely forthcoming. He is honest and to the point. His complete commitment to help us find our first home was beyond, in our honest opinion, our wildest imagination. He is an exceptionally remarkable person who tremendously helped us finding our dream home and we are forever in his debt for all his hard works and services. We would recommend him very highly to anyone who is looking for an agent to buy a house or sell a house for that matter. Thank you ever so much Din. Din was the best thing that happened to me during my entire home buying experience. Prior to going on the ZipRealty website, I was having a terrible experience with my previous Agent. I went on Zip's site and Din called me within 20 minutes. Needless to say I settled on my house 2 months later. I would recommend Din and Zip to anyone in the process of purchasing a home.

Agent was late meeting me on several occassions,did not call to tell me he would be late. I called agent on two different occassions and left message and recieved no return call. Agent didn't even suggest a final walkthrough. Agent appeared to expressed little interest in this home buying process.
