What makes home-shopping easy with Din is after seeing a couple properties, he knows exactly what you're looking for. When asked about the pros-n-cons about each property, he will give you his honest opinion. I'd also highlight that he's not pushy and responds to your questions/concerns in a swift, professional manner. As a buyer, there really isn't much more to ask in a real estate agent. Pick Din as your agent, and you may just witness the ease at which you buy your home, especially if it's your first time buying!

Din was great to work with. He spent time explaining the process and his approach. He was very available to us-on our schedule. He took us to see the houses we chose and suggested some others. He pointed out the good and bad points of each house objectively. He negociated us a good price and recommended other vendors (such as the home inspector) with whom we were VERY happy. He is a full service realtor.
