Leila is AMAZING! She went above and beyond for us. She patiently fielded all of our questions and brought us to many, MANY a home never pushing us into doing anything. She even watched our twin baby girls and preschooler for us while we looked at the homes! During the purchasing process she was always available and went out of her way in getting us info on neighborhoods, schools, local activities and home repair items. I was very glad to have her as our realtor as she was very aggressive in getting us what we needed from the seller, bank and attorney in order to make everything happen in our desired timeline. She even picked us up and gave us a ride to the closing! She is an extraordinary human being and an exceptional realtor. I would (and have) recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Leila watched out for me during the whole process. I had many things going on other than homebuying. I got the feeling she was the main go-to person that I could always rely on.

My husband and I were in a home buyers class and I decided to go ahead of the process and look at houses online, I found zip realty and I signed up on the website in Feb 2012, Leila contacted me with a welcome email, I told her I was just looking. She said great it sounds like you are taking the first step!! I continued to look at houses through out the winter and spring, then summer, I would email Leila from time to time with questions and she would email me right back. She never let a email go by without responding to me and I thought that was so nice considering I had no Idea when I would be taking the next step and she knew this. She always had time for me. finally in Sept, I told her I think we are ready to consider banks and she sent me a couple mortgage co, info and said it is never to early to see where you are at, She was right, it was a big deal for us to take the next step, but it was time.... We did the mortgage app and Leila was there every step of the way to guide us and answer any questions and explain in detail what was happening at the time on all ends and what would be happening next on all ends. Every time I called her she responded patiently and professionally. I talked with Leila so much during this process I actually felt like something was missing if I hadn't got or wrote an email or spoke with her on the phone in a day.. LOL to say the least I found Leila to be friendly, honest, prompt and professional. She made this process so easy by educating us and guiding us before and after each step, I was waiting for the "BUMP" in the road which never came. When we found our home, it was one we did not even put on our list because listing price was out of our range, Leila told us a few key details that our loan officer could do to change the loan to a different type of loan where we could buy this beautiful little dream house and still say within our down pmt budget and monthly pmt budget, I thought it was too good to be true and it wasn't We have been in our beautiful new home for 3 weeks and we absolutely love it!! If I can give any advice to a first time home buyer it would be , Just let Leila do her job and do not sell her short!!!
