Nitza is an outstanding agent. She was very accomodating and assisted wherever / whenever possible. She is very familiar with central florida and made our home search very easy.
In the current fast paced market, a buyer needs to have a go-getter agent that can multi-task like no other; this is Nitza.
Nitza also was / is very easy to get a hold of and extremely responsive to e-mails and voicemail messages (all messages are responded back within a timely manner).

I loved that she listened to what we wanted and made it a point to have that in mind with every home we looked at before finding ours. She has excellent response time which was very helpful. I think the best was that she kept us grounded and when it came down to the end, she made the process as smooth as possible considering how stressful it was. I would highly recommend her.
