I am first time home buyer. My mom could not understand English at all; therefore, it took more time for communicating with us while interpreting. Kay has been always patient, knowledgeable, and professional. We appreciated that Kay spent multiple weekend afternoons to show us 5-6 homes in a row. Due to leaseback condition on the offer, she also provided numerous suggestions and advice. I still can reach her even escrow has been closed. I got very valuable advice on my loan as well. It's my luck to have her as my agent! Her customer service level is A++++!! Thank you, Kay!!!

We feel blessed to have Kay help us go through the whole process as first-time buyers. She has been a great asset to us. Our case is very complicated and time-consuming, and she has been with us all the time, providing great assistance. She has done everything she can to protect our interests. Her communication skills have been excellent, and she always responds in a timely manner. The little secret is her husband Tai is also a very good agent with tons of knowledge on everything ranging from laws to house inspection. We are fortunate enough to get to know this couple, and receive help from them. We don't think we will ever receive such fantastic treatment from other agents.

I would highly recommend Kay as a realtor. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and reliable. Any questions I had, she was able to give me an answer or find the answers for me. She was very responsive to phone calls and emails. I was very indecisive during my house hunt, but she was patient and supportive when she accompanied my fiance and I to view over 30 homes in various cities (both LA county and San Bernardino County). Kay was great to work with! With us working in the financial industry AND first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns but Kay always made herself available to help us untangle the knots. I appreciated Kay's patience throughout the process. I truly felt she wanted us to feel comfortable with where we plan to live in; never pushing to close anything. I believe Kay from all agents I have experienced was the best suited based upon how picky or particular I am with purchasing a home. She was not pushy and was very patient during the home search stage. I felt there were a couple times where when the offer was accepted that I needed to chase particular items myself. For the amount of money a client pays for a home I would rate an excellent agent as taking care of all that is requested. I would rate Kay's follow through as above average but could have been exceptional if the couple phone calls to outside parties were not made on my own. Overall, I am happy with her performance and would work with her again as I understand what to expect.

It took us 6 years to finally buy our house! I am so glad we met Kay. We have a realtor for life. I read her testimonials before I met her. I remember reading that it took another one of her customers 3 years to buy their house and figure if she is willing to help someone who took 3 years, maybe she can help me too. She's very direct yet patient. She explains everything to a T to ensure that everything we wanted was realistic. Then she pointed us in the right direction and we found our new home within two weeks after we meet her. I feel that she knows everything. She answers her calls and if she's not available, she calls you back right away. You do not need to wait for hours or next day to hear from her. She makes you feel that you are in great hands. I will recommend everyone I know to Kay because she's the best!

We feel so lucky to have been assigned Kay Cho as our agent! She was FANTASTIC--unbelievably patient and attentive to our every concern and need. As two high-maintenance physicians with very tight schedules, we were surprised and extremely pleased by her unwavering cheerfulness and willingness to show us homes on a moment's notice in the middle of the week, as well as her sacrifice of multiple weekend afternoons to show us 5-6 homes in a row. I always felt bad calling her and adding on more homes at the last minute, but Kay was so unbelievably understanding and worked hard to make it happen. Her level of customer service is A+++!!! Another reason why Kay is a rare gem among real estate agents is her personal priorities. Instead of focusing on "closing the deal" quickly, and pushing us to buy the first home that sparked our interest, Kay was a true client's advocate. She never pushed us to settle on something we weren't 100% comfortable with. Although we made multiple failed bids before securing our final home, Kay never hinted or complained once that we were too picky and inflexible with the negotiations. I have had other experiences with real estate agents and always felt a bit of unease/distrust because I felt they were too focused on the bottom line. I didn't know if they were truly on my side. But I never once felt this way about Kay--she quickly earned our complete trust because I could sense that she had our best interest at heart. By the time we were all done purchasing our home, Kay was not only our agent, but a wonderful friend. I will definitely recommend Kay to all of my friends who want to purchase a home in the future! I am confident that her supreme level of customer service will make her extremely successful in the near future.

I appreciated Kay's quick responsiveness and her thoroughness throughout the selling process. I had a quick escrow with a very difficult buying agent. I admire her patience and her ability to not lose her composure when dealing with the other agent. Because the buyer's agent was so overly demanding and obnoxious at times, Kay was very helpful in not letting my emotions not ruin the transaction. I will recommend Kay and her team for future deals.
