Travis was an excellent agent and went above and beyond to help us identify and decide on the property that we wanted. He was very patient as we looked at many different homes and ultimately he introduced us to Parners in Building and we decided to build a house which has recently been completed. In the interim, Travis helped us identify initally temporary housing for three months and then a rental house that we had for 18 months while our house was being built. Overall, I would rate Travis as exceptional.

We ran into some delays at the end and closing was almost delayed. Everyone worked together and non stop to make sure the closing happened before the weekend. Without an agent with extensive knowledge and experience in new construction, this closing would have been delayed until next week and that would have been a big problem.

Travis sold my house in 9 days! He was so efficient and responsive. I called him daily because I was very anxious and he always answered his phone or called me right back. I am sure I must have been a pain but he made me feel like I wasn't! Even one time I emailed him at 11pm and he responded right back! VERY good customer service!

we expect to receive more advices. Not just show the house. Also, one of the house we offered before- 114 Abram, 77382. We gave offer $190,000. He thought it is too low. Even we give $200,000, but still could not get the deal. Now I checked the web and found its list price only $188,000. It seems he does not have the negitiation skill.

I'll always remember this review because it is my first and hopefully only 2 star review. Unfortunately the buyer got mixed up about the properties he put an offer on and was upset with me based on wrong information. We did not put an offer on 114 Abram. We put an offer on 114 Queenscliff and 50 Abram Circle which were both listed for more. 114 Abram was listed at $188,000 but didn't have very many upgrades or wood floors and didn't really compare to the other two. He ended up buying a completely different home in The Woodlands which we got the seller down from their original asking price of $222,500 to $200,000 and closed at an impressive $88/sqft. At the time of closing the next best value in the area with similar features was listed at $97/sqft and the average sold home at the time was $97/sqft.
