Deb and I have been looking at houses together for 2 years. She is a sweet energenic person who knows how to be a compassionate, loyal person. As this was the purchase of my very first home, I really did not know what I was doing or what to expect. Debbie is very knowledgeable within her position and I feel extremely confident in my decision to work with her during this process. Debbie was very knowledgable about what I had to do for my multi-family house to sell. I followed her advise and she was right the house sold after what she said needed to be done was done. I don't think there was ever a week where she didn't have appointments to show the house.

- She was always late. - She was unhelpful with pricing/negotiating. She had no advice at all. - After the signing of purchase and sales agreement, which she hurried us into signing it without providing answers to some of our questions, she stopped responding to our questions all together. - She never actively tried to find out answers to some of the most important issues regarding the property, such as parking, and blamed how she never heard back from the seller's agent and how she can't look up records at registry.

Thank you for your time and I appreciate your concerns. I am sorry you feel this way, as it was your first purchase and I tried to make it an exciting experience and a smooth transaction. In regards to negotiating the price for your condo, I provided a CMA, and did suggest a price range which resulted in a sale of $22,500 less than asking price after considering the seller's motivation for selling the condo, and the CMA provided to you with the proper comparatives, I believe we were at the proper price point when negotiating with the Seller. Like most first time buyer's who are anxious and nervous, and rightfully so. I tried my best to answere all your questions that I knew answers to, unfortunately, I do not always have answers to everything, and have to rely on other sources for answers. As a Real Estate Agent, not only am I liable for anything that I represent to you, I also do not want to misrepresent anything other than the facts to my clients, in order for them to make an informed decision on whether or not the home is a good fit for them. The purchase and Sale document is a legal and binding document and is handled by an Attorney of your choice, and is there to advise you and protect your best interest including making changes if necessary on your behalf, and advise you while going over the specifics concerning this document, and is there to address any of your concerns and advise when it is ready to be signed. I truly was unaware that you felt rushed, and if I was aware of this, I would of addressed this and asked for an extension on your behalf, and consulted with your Attorney to have your concerns addressed. On your questions regarding parking, I do not assume anything, and many times I need to refer to an Attorney or the Seller's Agent for the answers, and although like myself, I do want instantaneous answers, this does not always happen in the real Estate world, and sometimes can take longer than we want when there is an association involved, and when the Selling Agent is not available to accompany visits to the home to answer any questions. The parking areas etc, are legal questions as the parking areas are deeded to individual condos, and since I was not the Selling Agent, I had to rely on getting answers from the association or an Attorney. , unfortunately, in some cases, the Seller's Agent can be very difficult to get in touch with, as Boston's housing market can be very busy with inquiries from Students for housing for the upcoming school year with all the Colleges in the boston area, so sometimes it does take a little longer and are not always answers as quickly as we all would like. Everything aside, I wish you the Best of Luck and hope you are enjoying your condo. Take Care! Debbie
