Once Deb knew I was serious about selling she was all over it. She promptly insisted on a few changes to the house that would give it some more appeal, small visual changes that I hadn't thought of. I know the house was shown a lot and she communicated all offers, good or bad. I especially am grateful for her connections in the business that put me in touch very quickly with skilled people I needed in a pinch: a structural engineer, a pest control company and a septic system guy. This took so much hassle off my plate, allowing me to focus on my already full day. And she showed up. She was involved at every step. She talked to the engineer, she collected reports. She talked to the pest control folks. She was also willing to help me explore creative options, at one time discussing the potential for a lease to own possibility with one buyer. I just think she knows her business. She seems tireless in her efforts to get the job done. I trust her work, her judgment and the people and resources she brings to bear on the process. If I buy again, I will call Deb first.
