Renata was extremely instrumental in getting us situated in our first home. It was such a pleasure working with her. Renata has such a positive spirit and made us feel so at ease in her presence. This home purchase was my second one with Renata (3rd with ZipReality) and she was even more amazing this time around than last. She takes the time to really learn about her clients, find them exactly what they are looking for and follows though even after the keys are in your hands to make sure you are happy. I have a very busy and complicated schedule and Renata went out of her way to be available whenever I needed her. She is professional but a relentless advocate for her clients holding the loan agents and other real estate agents accountable for timelines and expectations. Neither of my home purchases were easy and Renata was a fantastic cheerleader and helped find solutions to every challenge that came our way.
