Janie was terrific. We came to Texas to buy a house and only had 6 days to do it...We were very stressed trying to find "the one house for us"... Janie kept us on track and was soooooo patient with us...I freaked out a couple of times as the pressure mounted---but she was always there to make me calm down and put a smile on my face. We found the right house for us and had to go back to Fla. till we could move..She handled all the details with emails and phone calls...I would highly recommend her. I was a little nervous at first to utilize an online relator to find a house, but it was great. I initally started with zip then went else where to another realtor, but the service was not ideal. I came back to zip for help and found it with Janie. She was patient and educated, which is what I needed as a 1st time home buyer. I would use zip and Janie again, as well as recommend to my friends, family and coworkers. The rebate is also a plus!
