Our experience with Janie was totally amazing! She has the patience of a saint! We were with Janie for 2 yrs. In which time we had to cancel the purchase of a home due to the condition after the inspection. Then, for personal reasons, we had to wait another 10 months in order to buy the home that we found through Janie. We highly recommend Janie to anyone or any couple that is in the market for a home. Her attention to detail in looking a home over was extremely valuable to us. We'd go with Janie all over again if need be! Very professional. Kept us updated and posted at all times . She has a very positive and can do attitude. She follow up with e-mail and phone calls with every questions and concerns we have. She went out of her way to video tape the property since we are out of state. Shes genuinely concern that you are getting the best house and that its safe and to your standard. I will recommend her to anyone I know who's thinking of purchasing a home.
