I loved working with Alan. He paid attention to what I liked and disliked about each house we looked at and used that to help me find the house that I ended up purchasing. He also, was very helpful in pointing out things about each house that I might have missed otherwise. He was very on the ball with responding to me and was able to answer all my questions in a satisfactory manner. I would definitely recommend Alan to anybody looking for a house.

I would have never made a purchase if it had not been for Alan. I was recently widowed and confused about what I wanted to do. I saw the condo and started to buy, then backed out. Alan was totally understanding and gave no pressure. I contacted him a few weeks later about buying a house and he showed me several, took time out of his day and even found properties to show me that he thought I would like. I was still undecided but he never pushed me. When I did decide to buy, he helped in every way showing me things that I did not see about the condo and helped with every detail. My experience with Alan was wonderful and I will recommend him to all of my friends looking for property.

Mr. Vrana is an excelent agent. He was very honest and respectful. He understood our needs and tried to get the best possible fit. As we only had two weekends to se houses, he preapred a very organized schedule and we saw about 30 or 40 houses during that time. It was a pleasure working with him and we are very happy with our house. No surprises!!.
