She kept me informed and was easy to approach with questions.

Wynn was really great. Since I lived out of state she was a great help with things I couldn't do for myself. She has even offered to keep an eye on my property for me until I'm able to relocate.

Wynn was excellent. My condo was extremely difficult to finance. The first lender bailed after about week, so Wynn actually tracked down the last lender to successfully close on a unit in that building and I started working with them. Then, two weeks before closing, he bailed too, and I actually started apartment hunting again. But Wynn found me yet another lender, who was also excellent, and I finally secured financing and got my place. The process was incredibly nerve-wracking, but I could at least relax in the knowledge that Wynn was doing everything within her power to help me. She's an incredibly hard worker, and a very good communicator. Every question I had or email I sent was answered promptly, often within an hour or so, and when any of the other folks involved (appraiser, lenders, seller's agent, etc) seemed to be taking longer than necessary to respond, Wynn would politely but persistently 'remind' them- sometimes several times a day :-). She gets stuff done. I really appreciate that.
