With Pavleta's dilligence and honesty we were able to have a very smooth transaction, Everything was done on time and Pavleta was able to negotiate everything we wanted in our deal. Pavleta is VERY dedicated to spending time with her clients, she takes the time to explain everything to you and will support you 100% in your decision (unlike most agents that tell you what to do). Being a first time cross border seller, it gave me piece of mind to have a caring and understanding agent such as Pavleta. There were a lot of new experiences to be had here, such dealing with a belligerent escrow agent. Pavleta provided me with reassurance that not all escrow agents were of that nature. Also knowing that she was available anytime for any questions or concerns, was a comfort to me. This was that sale of my late uncle's home and it has also given me closure, for this I say thank you! Thanks a lot God to gave us the 1st house we want it and to gave the 1st and the best realtor agents like Pavleta Alexander and Ray Bahadori. These amazing people really provided an honest suggestions, aggressive services to give us the best of the best deal to purchase a house, very optimistic people that can give us calm when we are in we in our pessimistic, always guide and teach us to find the good deal and avoid the bad deal since we are the 1st home buyer.
