"Here is my note sent to Nancy Stephens, Regional Manager last week. We just closed on our 'Dream' home today. I wanted to let you know how pleased we were with our Zip agent Terri Nix who has worked with us for the past 6 months while we were in the process of relocating from Portland, Oregon. We also believed the way to get the best deal was to find a home ourselves through the web, and approach the Sellers agent directly.
