My sisters and I have been working with Beth for a while as we decided where we wanted to live and what kind of place we wanted. Beth was very patient with us and showed us many places without ever showing anything but support and enthusiasm. I definitely would recommend Beth to any close friend! It definitely helped that she knew the areas we were searching for and was able to answer all our questions; if she didn't know an answer she was sure to look it up and get back to us as soon as possible.

She did not know her facts when the seller's attorney stated there were problems with our condos budget. Furthermore, she blamed this incidence on everyone else. Following that, she was very rude as I insisted to pursued all transactions as I felt she was superficial in her articulation.

I was a first-time homebuyer, and Beth did a great job of guiding me through the whole process. She knew a lot about the Cambridge/Somerville area, and was quick at assessing what I was really looking for in a condo and guiding me towards the right properties. She was tireless in advising us of ways to make the property more attractive to a buyer and even gave us leads for people who might be able to help us. I broke my leg two days after listing the property and my wife had to come up from New Orleans to get the house ready so Beth was a livesaver.
