Betty was very encouraging as we entered our search for our first home. With each house that didn't seem right for us, she would respond with excitement over seeing the next property. All the way through our search and through escrow, she was emailing and calling us daily with updates. She always answered her phone. Betty really proved her commitment to our best interest when we found a property one night that we thought would be perfect and she agreed to show us the property late that evening!
