We are a first time buyer and Mohua had helped every step of our way. She has been prompt, responsive and always available to help. She even stayed in touch on her vacation for important matters such as putting an offer before the deadline. I am really impressed with her professionalism and dedication. She stayed with our home purchasing journey of over 6 months until we finally closed, and I know she is there to help even after closing. She is a great person to work with, highly recommended.

Mohua is an excellent Real Estate Agent. She understood our requirements and gave us options. She was very prompt in following up when we wanted to make an offer and after that in negotiating a good deal for us. She was responsive all throughout the buying process in following up with the inspections and the title company.
I would whole-heartedly recommend her.

Mohua De Banerjee is a dream real estate agent. She treats the client experience as her own and sees things from the clients perspective very well. She understands the needs (a.k.a wish-list) of her clients extremely well and addresses them in an integrated manner. We had a simply wonderful experience during buying our new home. Both myself and my husband were extremely busy with work and a small child and needed someone to help us in buying a home and moving in there. Right from showing us a few places to choose from to settling the deal in the most dilligent manner in a short time frame of a month, is really something that would not have been possible without her relentless yet enthusiastic cooperation. Even after the deal is done, she is often found checking on her clients to know if they have any issues/troubles or need any help. We have been very fortunate to have found her.
