Lou did a great job. He was very responsive to our emails/phone calls. He was available whenever we wanted to view houses and did a great job during our inspection, making sure we understood everything that was going on.

It all started with my wife passively searching for our new home. The initial Agent assigned to her dropped out I assume out of frustration. Thank God we got Lou as the the second Agent because he was patient with my wife but and was fully knowledgeable of the business. He pointed us in the right direction. Provided valuable advise and guidance as we found our new home. There was no doubt he was looking out for our interest not just a way to quickly close any deal and work away with his commission. I will recommend Lou to my mother if she is buying a home tomorrow. Thank you very much Lou. I would have done this review earlier but have been so busy with coordinating my move into the new house.
