Pamela was great from the first, she put in a low offer that was all I had in cash. She kept reassuring me that everything was good and kept in touch thru the whole process. She incouraged me when fannie mae didn't get the closing on the closing date. She gave me a ride to the closing, and drove safely and was friendly and helpful. She made the whole thing very pleasant. If I ever buy property again I will have her as my agent.

Pam was nothing short of wonderful in her handling of our search for a home. She was in constant touch, providing new listings and making sure that she was working for our best interests. After the offer was made, she was extremely helpful and knowledgable as she guided us through the remainder of the process. Even after we closed, she followed up with helpful information about the town in which we bought our house. We couldn't have asked for a more competent, friendly and understanding agent!

We had been working with Pamela for about a year(long distance move) during that time my husband became ill and we had to put things on hold. During this time Pam kept us up to date with all the houses ect.We emailed aleast once a week. We made several trips down to Tx( we have family there) and she was always ready to show houses and take us where we needed to go. She is very up to date on everything and VERY organized.

Pam was the best ... if I ever have need of an RE Agent, I will find her wherever she is. The website gave a more info than any other ... e.g. you list the time on the market whereas others don't. However, houses post on your sight 1 - 2 days after other websites.

I was completely satisfied with Pam Heckman, but I was not satisfied at all with Diane Pardue. I understand she doesn't work with the company anymore, but she did not provide very good service. She was always late on appointments, did not do things she said she would do, and overall was very detached from the process. All of my comments from now on will be about Pam Heckman.
