I would like to think you for your help with finding my new home and not running away from me because i had to work under a Homeownership program that you didn't know much about. You took the time to try and work with my counselor to get me my house. You were very dedicated to get the job done. Even at the end of it all you made sure that the owner gave me my house keys on time, when he didn't want to. It made me and my family very happy because i wanted my brother( who i haven't seen in 10 years) to see my new home before he got on the plane. Thanks again for all your help.

When purchasing your first home as a single person, you want someone assisting you who is confident, competent and knowledgeable. I fortunately found this in Feliza. She was recommended to me by my cousin who she also assisted with a purchase. My purchase was a short sale that took almost a whole year and Feliza stuck it out with me through all the stress.
