We bought our house through Matt, about 3 yrs ago. Recently, we sold our house and without hesitation I thought of Matt. I remembered his professionalism and honesty and knew that I would call him when we thought of selling. It was a very stressful situation but Matt's patience helped us get through it all. His attention to detail is incredible and helps when your getting your house ready to put it on the market. I would and have recommended Matt to others. whether you are ready to sell or buy a house, take his advice it will pay off, literally. Again, if you are looking for a realtor who will is realistic, honest, very professional and patient, you have to go with Matt Cliney.

The service and personal attention that I received from Matt was exceptional! He is professional, organized, knows the market, and was always one step ahead in keeping the process as easy as possible for me. He consistently gave me sound advice based upon his knowledge of the market and past experience which allowed me to make the best decisions for my family. Even though my sale was a little more complicated than most, our home sold quickly and the closing went smoothly. I credit Matt for this accomplishment.
