In filling out the survey in regards to Ms. Lewison's personal qualities and performance, if there was a category higher than excellent, she would definitely get full marks. Maureen's knowledge, professionalism, and human qualities helped us to find the perfect house with the utmost of joy.

At no point during the process of marketing our home did we feel Maureen was competent in real estate transactions, the trends of the market, nor the legal aspects of selling or buying a home. Furthermore, her lack of technical experience made it hard to send or receive documents via email, and most everything we did had to be faxed from a corporate location, costing us serious amounts of money. Until we began working directly with the buying agent, we were losing money and time to such problems. Maureen rarely, if ever, answered her phone on the first call, and sometimes did not return calls for more than a day. In the end, the commission going to Zip should have gone to us, for all the work I had to put into negotiating, and closing. When Maureen said settle for less, I negotiated directly for more for the final selling price and inspection demands. We feel slighted by the process with Zip, unfortunately, and will not be using it again.

Maureen was sharp, on the ball and was a tremendous help throughout the whole purchase process. It wouldn't have happened without her.
