I'll know in two months whether this was the right place for me to live,so my ultimate satisfaction with purchasing is reserved for personal reasons. But with regards to Maria, Maria is a real pro. I had another realtor wasting my time who had no intent to handle my requests because she'd gotten herself too busy and didn't tell me. She didn't want to lose my business, but she wasted a lot of time: 3 months ! I finally gave up on her when she became rude. I contacted Maria and she always replies very quickly. I was viewing the condo I wanted to purchase the very next day. It was a good bargain for the price and required residency. I wanted a place where there are owner occupants who mostly own their own units instead of renting. She did a lot of comps with me and we figured out that we'd better move on it. She never misses a lick.When closing time came, all of OUR ducks were in a row due to her knowledge and professionalism. The problems came from the selling realtor and the little condo move-in fee, which they'd forgotten to include. We could have had a 3-4 day close after the bank accepted the offer. The other realtor held it up for an additional 3 weeks with the forgotten problems to bring it to a close. Maria was on top of every situation and prompt, especially in contacting the other realtor to remind her of things needed doing. Even then, the sellers side forgot to take the escrow check and present it on the day of the close. We had to ask the bank to give permission to close. It DID ! Bravo, Maria ! She's prompt and has a very happy, uplifting voice. She's a realist and an optimist, so she works to get you to look on the bright side of things, while making sure you're not getting into something bad. I WILL use her again in my next purchase.
