My wife and I are first-time home buyers, and Dave was extremely helpful every step of the way. He was always available to answer any questions we had and provide guidance. When we finally found the house we wanted, Dave was extremely proactive during the closing process and provided plenty of updates and helpful info for what we as the buyers needed to have prepared. There was never a point during the process where we felt like we didn't know what was going on or what came next.
