Fran is a really professional agent. She kept me constantly informed and updated on the process. She was very clear since the beginning on the steps. Using the latest technology helped a lot in my situation since I am outside of the country. I didn't have to be in the country to sell the property. I was very surprise that everything went so well and I received my funds right after the deal was closed. She is not only profesional but a person that you can trust.
