Paul is a friendly and patient person. I worked with Paul for over a year to find the right fit for me. He brought me to see without exageration close to 50 homes! He never pressured me into a home and always checked out the basement where there are a lot of things this first time buyer knew nothing about like the water heater etc. He dealt with my ambivalence over certain properties and again never pushed anything. What he did do was consistently he assured me that eventually we would find the right one...and I did! Paul was very helpful and has even offered to answer questions etc. even after I closed on the house. If you are looking for a real estate agent and do not want to be pressured or harassed then Paul is the right person for you!

It seemed as though we were doing all of the work. I wouldn't hear from him for weeks at a time. He wouldn't let me see other property. He didn't even show me the property I purchased, the seller's agent did because he was late. He kept doing repetitive work that we had already done, for example sending copies of the check to the bank and inquiring about HO6 policy. I had done it days before I heard from him and he continued to send the same duplicate documents to the bank.

I tried to contact Jessica every week as I do with all clients. "Wouldn't let me see other properties."? That's simply ridiculous. She actually signed the purchase and sale agreement before her lawyer approved it. This was simply a case of a young person having no clue how the process works and not wanting to follow an experienced persons direction.

Paul was excellent. I had been using the website for nearly 9 months. When I first registered, Paul contacted me and was very friendly. I researched the market for some time, then when I was ready to buy and had some houses in mind, I contacted Paul about 3 houses. He was able to get appointments to all of them in short notice. We say all 3 and ended up making on offer on the third and eventually buying the house. Throughout the process, Paul was attentive and informed me of all the issues in a timely manner. He was great and when I sell/buy another house, or if I am recommending an agent to anyone else, Paul will be the one I go to or recommend to others.

I can not describe how helpful Paul was to us. We were lucky to have him working for us. We worked with him for about four months in looking for our first house.
