Debra was great throughout the process. She showed me what I wanted to see, and in a day, I found the home I wanted to buy. She had to go on vacation for her birthday in Hawaii immediately after I made my decision and I was so pleased that she saw the offer process through while there. She was in touch nearly every day and we actually go the offer accepted prior to her return from Hawaii. She offered up inspectors, got the home inspected and was there for it, and we proceeded to close in about three and a half weeks (cash sale--makes it faster), When I'm ready to purchase another home, I'll be calling Debra. I have to add that I also loved the features on their real estate website. The Zip Realty website gave me the most information on neighborhood, walking ratings, value of other homes in the area and more. It really helped in the decision making process. Thank you Debra!

I greatly appreciate the amount of effort she put into, not only the purchase of this home, but the leg work involved with dealing with the bank and closing company. She was awesome in helping deal with the management at the lending company and coordinating their actions with the closing company and the seller. This was the 6th home I have purchased in my lifetime and the lending process is so much more excrutiatingly painful than before. I can say that financing a home is not what it used to be and Debra was there to grease the gears within the bank and elsewhere. When I thought a ball was dropped she was already there picking it up and getting it going again. By her conduct and the level of attention she gave us my wife and I felt like we were her only customers. We are very picky and she tirelessly showed us house after house.
