Johannes is very responsive to his clients. He also seems to know where the best houses are and can describe why one house that seems to be a good buy might not be because of some factor that the buyer might not think about, such as being right next to a major highway. He really does his homework for his clients and just goes the extra mile in every way. He's the best real estate agent I've worked with....(and I've worked with several.)
