Laura Zajdman handled my short sale transaction from beginning (listing my property) to the end (closing). Under the circumstances, Laura was as they say "calm, cool and collected." As difficult as the process got through two accepted offers and with difficulties with the Condo Managerment, Condo Lawyers, and the mortgage Bank, she plodded through with nary a complaint. I can't imagine another agent handling both me (the owner of the property,) the purchasing clients (2 different purchasers) with so much care and concern. She made what could have been a traumatic experience as pleasant as one could have made it. Thank you Laura, you are the best!!
