I can't say enough about Lori and her professionalism! Lori helped us from the beginning to stage our home and sell it quickly and for the best price. Her knowledge of the market and the real estate business is superb and extermely helpful. Lori also was a valuable asset to have in our purchase also and she partnered with another realtor in her office and provided guidance to both us and the other realtor. No real estate transaction goes without it's bumps but Lori worked to smooth out and anticipate everyrthing to ensure a low stressful experience. I would highly reccomend Lori to all!

Lori is simply fabulous!! We feel so lucky we got to work with her for our first home buying experience. She helped us navigate a very difficult buying process (historic home) and made us feel truly welcomed in a new city :) Local Knowledge: When we started looking in the north seattle area, Lori knew street by street and block by clock where the best food, recreation, and even morning traffic occurs. As we looked farther and farther north (near Boeing Everett) she continued to provide great information on neighborhoods Professionalism: I believe that one of the major reasons we were able to close on our house was Lori's level of expertise when contacting the seller's realtor. It's a unique home, and although there were other offers on the table, Lori's overall expertise when communicating with the seller allowed us to be the most informed & therefor qualified buyers Attention to Detail: Because of Lori's suggestion to pursue additional inspections (sewer scope, etc.) before closing, we were able to feel fully informed on the home and even avoid a costly sewer repair bill Trustworthiness: Lori offered great advice throughout all stages of the homebuying process, but always acted as a guide and not rule. She was truly interested in finding the perfect home for us, at exactly what we were comfortable paying Communication skills / Responsiveness: Very responsive, with many means of getting in touch, Lori was very easy (and fun!) to work with Dedication: It took 2 months to find our "dream house", and then another 3 months to successfully close (thanks to some very difficult lenders..) but Lori stuck with us the whole time, supported our determination, and made the whole process possible (especially helpful for a couple with very demanding work schedules) Negotiating skills: With Lori's help, we were able to gather all the facts before making each offer and counter-offer, and ended up paying exactly what we wanted to pay
