Being a first time buyer I was not knowledgeable about many items, Tony was a great help in very step helping to understand help me talk to right companies and negotiating for me to get best deal and the right needs to complete the purchase of my home. Tony Le was patient, responsive and most of all, understood our desires. Considering the current market dynamics and from our perspective, Tony understood our desires and found us a property we can call home. Regarding the Zip Realty web site specifically, I find that it can use some improvement. I found myself using the RedFin web site to search for properties and relying on Tony Le to verify the MLS numbers to visit the properties. The Zip Realty site needs to be quicker in the listings. I don' know what IT technology Zip Realty relies on for the most up to date info, but RedFin was quicker in finding a few more listings than Zip Realty. However, Tony's responsiveness/willingness to visit properties not listed in the Zip Reality web site went above and beyond what we felt was Zip Realty's capabilities. He should be commended for his dedication to customer satisfaction. Considering that RedFin was offering 50% rebate on commission at a time when Zip was NOT, we decided to remain with Tony due to his responsiveness, expertise, understanding of the current market and our desires.

Tony is very responsible agent and helps us a lot. And he responses our questions very quickly and reminders us a lot of questions.
