"Abe Hantout was - by far - the most professional, intelligent and caring real estate agent I've ever encountered...I called Mr. Hantout to ask for his services. He promptly showed me a few places, but I really wanted to find a unit in the building where I was currently renting. Previously, I had made an offer on a unit and it was accepted only to have the seller back out. I told Abe about this experience and he said to call him next time 'even if there is no commission involved, I will go to the open house with you or speak to the seller.
