I first like to say I've been trying to buy a home in the Fremont area for a few years now. I actually had three agents that I personally chose prior to Carmen, and I did not have any luck with any of them. Either I was outbid, or the agent was too slow on the ball. I explained my situation to the ZipRealty manager for the Fremont area, and he quickly assigned Carmen Chavez to me, and I wasn't disappointed.

As soon as Carmen was assigned to me, we viewed a few homes I was interested in. I immediately found her to be prompt, professional, but easy to talk to. I was impressed that she wasn't pushy like some agents. She really tries to accommodate your needs.

We found two properties, a foreclosure and a short sale, that I was interested in, and she helped advise me on what to offer on both properties. In fact, she suggested that I was offering too much, and I lowered my offer to what she suggested, and it turned out she was right!
