This was my first time buying a home and Frank was wonderful.
I always had lots of questions since I didn't understand lots of the real estate lingo but he never had a problem getting back to me very quickly with an answer. My husband and I enjoyed working with Frank and we would highly recommend him. He's not pushy and makes sure that the home you pick is the one you really want and can afford.

Frank did an absolutely stellar job throughout the process of my first home purchase. He is extremely responsive without being pushy. I'd recommend speaking with him even if you're just beginning to think about real estate. He has a wealth of experience, and I 100% trusted all of his advice. Despite us being first time buyers, we can tell that Frank is very well knowledgable and experienced in his line of work. Not only was he prompt in contacting us in every step of the hunting of houses and final buying process, he was extremely good in obtaining more than required information about the properties that we showed interest into. He guided us well with both pros and cons of the properties and no where in the process did he pushed us to finalize our decisions. Instead he helped us to understand how the value of the existing properties might reflect down the road if certain changes were made to it. He was able to find time on our last minute calls - a highly adjustable person - who was always prompt to our needs. He made everything extremely easy for us once we finalized the property. We did not feel that any delays were made in the final purchase process. It was just great to work with Frank. Despite his hectic routine he always found time and showed patience in our understanding of the buying process and all docmentation. We are definitely going to recommend him to our friends who are looking to purchasing a home in near future. Also, when it will come to selling/purchasing of home in future we would love to work with Frank, again. :)

He was curtious and helpful , however because of a overlooked protion on a counter offer on my house I lost $4410 dollars. I will however will call on him if I ever have to sale another because of the other parts of the service he provided.
