Mari was my realtor when buying a house in 2006. Five years later in 2011, a neighbor's house was sold and the title of the sold house was recorded against my house! It looked like I did not own my property anymore. (Really it happened!) Even after 5 years and 100's of house Mari remembered more details about my purchase and title insurance than I did. I was first-time buyer! And was as helpful as possible even 5 years after the sale. In the end the other properties title company resolved it.

Mari was amazing! I recently purchased my first home with Mari and it was a short sale. Mari went above and beyond to make the deal go through knowing how much I loved the home. The property that I bought had a very bad listing agent and Mari stayed on top of her making sure she was following up with the short sale lenders. Mari even checked the public records and was the one who noticed when the auction was not postponed after we were in escrow.
The long, stressful 7-month short sale process was made easier by Mari's dedication, responsiveness, and patience. Mari was always available anytime I called, even in the beginning when we looked at tons of homes.
I would highly recommend Mari.
