Michelle sold our home in approximately 1 month. She is truly the best realtor we have ever known in my life; having sold and purchased several homes in the last 20 years. We would use her again and have gone to her for referrals for out of state realtors. we would recommend Michelle to everyone with a real estate need, as she is truly the most honest, professional business woman we have ever met.

We are absolutely delighted with Michelle. She is someone whom we would recommend with no reservations whatsoever. We were first time home buyers and throughout the entire process Michelle did not once show us anything but a warm and professional attitude. A genuine jewel! We bounced back and forth between wanting to buy property and build on it or buy a ready to move in home and Michelle was supportive and understanding about every change we made. Outstanding!

Michelle worked with us as we flew back and forth between Ohio and WA. It took us over 2 years to get things settled to move to WA, and through it all she had patience and a great sense of humor, and worked within our schedules. Her expertise and experience were evident throughout, from types of houses to areas to HOA's, etc. We will gladly recommend her to everyone, she is absolutely the best!! She also has great contractor contacts for any work you might want to have done on your new home! We are so pleased with her, that we will have her selling a rental we own.

I was glad to have Michelle Girard working for me. I was able to smoothly complete my purchase from out of state with no hassles. She failed to use current MLS documents, allowed herself to be bullied by the selling agent, never kept up to date on the statis of the sale, was always confused as to what she was supposed to do or promised us she would do. Let the selling agent accuse us of breaking things during the house inspection, would not return calls and stated we would be $7,500 back in closing costs from seller when in reality we got only 5,900. On a whole she did not put the necessary time or effort into doing a professional sales job. I also want to know when we get our check from you guys--she said closing at first then said it would be mailed by the 15th big difference by since I no longer believe her I want an exact date back from you when we will get our money.
