Lynne is a credit to her profession. During the sale of the property the seller, my stefather, passed away. Lynne helped me with the legalitys of a probate sale and kept in constant contact with me, I live in Los Angeles, my lawyer, and the buyers to make the sale as smooth as possible and made sure that the sale was completed in a timely manner.

Lynne is absolutely FABULOUS!! I can not say enough good things about her. her knowledge and expertise is undescribable. I trusted her completely and she never let me down. She came to know what I wanted before I even had a chance to tell her. She took the time to get to know what I did and did not like. She is truly one of a kind. During the contract negotiation, my agent did not always act with my interest at heart. When I made a counter offer to the buyer, my agent first refused to give it to the seller and said it is "insulting" to the seller to make such a low offer. Only after I insisted, she sent my offer to the seller which was accepted. There were a few similar incidents during the whole process. I sometimes felt like she was more interested in protecting the interest of the seller, not mine.

This was a TOUGH REO sale with a very difficult out-of-state Seller (a third party with very poor BBB ratings selling foreclosures for mortgage holders), a lackadaisical Seller's Agent, a very unresponsive and error-prone title company located 400+ miles from the property, and an out-of-state lender. Required time frames from the Seller were extremely restrictive, further complicated by their lack of response at key junctures. After the initial Purchase and Sale Agreement and inspections, the latter scheduled immediately by Lynne, the transaction was nothing but one snag after another, right up to the day of closing. Closing would never have occurred without Lynne's professionalism and dogged persistence. ZIP Realty is fortunate to have Lynne among its ranks. Simply put, she is a gem!
