Joyce is very professional in what she does. Always answered any questions I had. I was shocked when she called me two days after making an offer to the house and said I got it. This is also the same house I saw two months ago, was working with a childhood/ neighbor who is a realtor. And told me that I wouldn't get this house since the listing price is just $5,000 less than my limit. After two months of searching on and off with this agent. I got frustrated, and stopped looking for a house. That's when my sister told me about Joyce, whom she also bought a house from just a month before i did. Joyce never made me feel stupid whenever I had a question.
